Macarons


Macaron is world adored cookie. It is crispy outside and mild inside and melts in mouth. It can be found in various tasted: Chocolate, raspberry, almond cream...

Origin of Macaron:Some have traced its French debut back to the arrival of Catherine Medici's Italian pastry chefs whom she brought with her in 1533 upon marrying Harry II of France.

The macaron as it is known today was called the "Gerbet" or the "Paris macaron" and is the creation of Pierre Desfontaines of the French pâtisserie Laudree, composed of two almond meringue discs filled with a layer of buttercream or jam filling.

Once adored by Maria Antoinette, today worshiped by Karl Lagerfeld, Christain Louboutain and many, many others... 
We saw Blair Waldorf eating macarons to help her stop thinking about Chuck Bass.

Boxes for macarons were designed by one of the biggest designers such as : Marni, John Galliano and Christian Louboutain.


Macaron je kolacic obozavan sirom sveta. Spolja hrskav, iznutra kremast i topi se u ustima.... mmmmmmmm... Mozete ga pronaci u najrazlicitijim ukusima od cokolade do jagode i maline.

Sto se tice porekla ovog kolacica, ljudi koji su se ozbiljno pozabavili tom pricom smatraju da on datira jos iz 1533. Tj. dolaskom Catherine Medici sa svojim kuvarom na francuski dvor. 

Macaron kakav ga danas poznajemo je prvo napraljen od strane Pierre-a Desfontainesa iz cuvene pariske poslasticarnice Laudree. Tada je bio poznat i pod imenom "Gerbet" i "Pariski macaron" .

Nekada ga je obozavala Maria Antoinetta, a danas Karl Lagerfeld, Christian Louboutain i mnogi mnogi drugi.

Mozemo videti kako upravo sa njim Blair Woldorf pokusava da ugasi svoju zelju za Chuckom Bassom.


Kutija za ovaj kolacic je oduvek bila izvor inspiracije za mnoge dizajnere, pa su je tako osmislili i Marni, John Galliano i Christain Louboutain.

  2. Vidjala sam na food blogovima, kako zene uporno prave ove kolacice, ali i dosta su ih stvaljali na modnim sajtovima. Ma svuge sam ih po netu nalazila. I tek skoro, mi je drugarica rekla, da je u ''Zapeltu'' probala i da nema pojma sta je to, ali da je divnog ukusa. I bila je odusevljena bojama. I onda sam potrazila na netu, koji su to ustvari kolacici, i videla onaj komplexni sajt, i shvatila da su i te kako uvazavani i poznati. Lep post :)
